- On the character creation screen, select Female as the gender.
- If you’re doing the challenge from the BitLife Challenges menu and the game auto-generates a male character, just hit “New Life” / “Start Over” until you get a female Bitizen.

When you have enough cash, go to Assets → Real Estate → Go Shopping and look through the listings for a mansion-type property that is located in Massachusetts and marked as “Haunted” (often shown with a ghost icon). If no haunted mansion appears, age up and keep checking the market each year until you find one.
Finally, buy the haunted mansion and confirm under your Real Estate tab that it is both in Massachusetts and haunted to complete this task.
Own a poodle named Algonquin
